Terms and Conditions

The Villa is ready to rent every day of the year, minimum stay 3 nights, check-in/out every day of the week.

Check-In: from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., flexible subject to availability.

Check-Out: before 9:30 a.m. of the day following the last night of your stay.

Non-Refundable Rate: lowest price with charge of the full amount of the stay, excluding the tourist tax, within 24 hours of booking (Italy CET); no cancellation period.

Flexible Rate: the full amount of the stay, excluding the tourist tax, will be charged within 48 hours before check-in (Italy CET); cancellation period up to 48 hours before check-in.

Price: the amount of the stay includes rent, wifi, final cleaning, heating in the winter season (Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar).

Credit Card: In the event of an invalid credit card or one with insufficient money credit, the Guest will be immediately contacted and invited to provide another valid credit card within and no later than 24 hours. Otherwise the reservation will be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy: Only with us your payment will never be lost! You will be able to reserve a new stay, in an available period, with a credit equal to the payment made. The new stay must be of the same duration as the canceled stay or longer and must be on at least the same unit.

Tourist Tax: The tourist tax, EUR 2 per day per person for a maximum of 7 days with the exception of Guests under the age of 14, is not included in the amount of the stay and must be paid at check-in in cash only.

Guests number: only the people who have checked in are allowed to stay at the Villa. Every Guests must produce their identity papers at check-in.

Pets: not allowed.
